AST Discussion Forum Terms of Use

AST Products, Inc. hosts this Discussion Forum to provide a place for professionals in the field of surface modification to exchange information, make comments and ask questions about surface modification issues and generally share their experiences in the field.

Participation in the Forum is subject to these Terms of Use. To participate in the Forum, you must register. By registering, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the Terms of Use, including the Forum Guidelines , and agree to abide by them.

AST may change these Terms of Use from time to time as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. These Terms of Use apply to all visits to the Forum, both now and in the future.

Forum Access, Modification or Termination

The Forum is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. AST reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Forum and your use of or access to the Forum with or without notice. AST will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Forum, or termination of your use of or access to the Forum.

Registration

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register to participate in the Forum. The information you provide for registration must be current, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Forum password and account, and are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain and promptly update any account information provided to AST to keep it accurate, current and complete. AST reserves the right to refuse access to the Forum to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

You agree to abide by the AST Discussion Forum Guidelines.

User’s Responsibility for Content

AST does not claim ownership of any content or materials you post, upload, submit or otherwise provide to the Forum and does not assume responsibility of any kind with respect to such content or materials. All such content and materials are provided on a non-confidential basis and, by providing such content and materials, you grant AST and all other users of the Forum an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, adapt and publish such content or materials. You represent and warrant that you either own or have the necessary rights in the content or materials you submit to the Forum to grant AST and other users of the Forum the rights and licenses contained herein.

Indemnification

You agree that, if AST (which, for these purposes of these Terms of Use, includes AST’s subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees) should incur any liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Forum, you will indemnify and hold AST free and harmless from any such liability, and from all loss, claims, costs, demands, debts and causes of action in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
